Alright you guys, here we go! There is no more excuses for not being on the zone diet. You've heard it before, "diet is 80% of the battle." We know how hard you guys work at the daily WODs, and the support you guys show one another is amazing.

Mt. Spokane Baseball going strong!

All the guys are continuing to improve in many of the athletic areas required to improve baseball skills. I am impressed with their commitment, and willingness to work hard.

2. Low Center of Gravity
3. Strong Back
4. Weight on the Inside Foot.

It's never too early to start doing some tee work fellas.

Ara...arm angle drills, balance drills...ect.
IMPORTANT: Do not be sloppy with pre-season work. You need to pay close attention to technique in your early reps. This is going to program your muscle memory, so make it good.
